Customer wallet cashback policy

The Mo Matcha store's customer wallet aims to facilitate future purchases and provide a convenient and secure shopping experience.

First: Excluded Products

• Cashback does not apply to products within the savings offers section ↗︎ .
• Any product listed in this section is excluded from payment via wallet balance.

Second: Usage mechanism

• The wallet balance can be used for purchases from the store, provided that the total value of the purchases is 100 riyals or more .
• The wallet balance cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another party.
• Use the Chrome browser on your iPad or laptop if it doesn't appear on your mobile phone.
• It cannot be used with discount codes.

Third: Shelf life

• The balance is valid for only one month from the date of purchase.
• After the period ends, the balance is automatically cancelled and cannot be recovered.

Fourth: General Provisions

• The store management reserves the right to modify or update the wallet policy at any time without prior notice.
• By using the wallet, you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
