How to use
| Soaking — Soak the tooth tips in warm water for a few minutes before use until they soften. | |
| Sift — Sift the matcha into the bowl first to avoid clumping. | |
| Water — Add water at a temperature of 70–80 °C, do not use boiling water. | |
| Whisk — Whisk with a quick zig-zag motion until foam forms, preferably in a momcha bowl . |
Care
Rinse them with lukewarm water after each use without soap, and let them air dry upside down or on a whisk holder. Avoid washing them in the dishwasher or using boiling water to help them maintain their shape for longer.
Try it with premium matcha
The foam is more visible with the festive grades with a fine grind.
