This whisk is an essential tool for preparing frothy, smooth, and clump-free matcha. For perfect preparation:
- First, sift the matcha.
- Add hot water with a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
- Whisk the mixture in a zig-zag motion using a whisk (preferably in a momocha bowl ).
To ensure a longer lifespan for your whisk, we recommend soaking it in warm water for several minutes before use, then gently rinsing it after each use and letting it dry naturally.
