Medium-roasted Japanese green tea — a warm, woody taste and a nutty, chocolatey flavor, with very low caffeine, suitable for any time of day.
What is hojicha?
The tea leaves are carefully selected and steamed, then kneaded and shaped before being roasted at a medium temperature — this last step is what gives hojicha its distinctive color and taste and reduces its caffeine content.
