First: Covered products

• The wallet policy does not apply to products in the Savings Offers section ↗︎ .
• Any product listed in this section is excluded from the calculation of the wallet balance.

Second: Mechanism of use

• Wallet balance can be used to purchase from the store, provided that the total value of purchases is 100 riyals or more .
• Wallet balance cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another party.

Third: Validity period

• The balance is valid for only 3 months from the date of purchase.
• After the expiration of the period, the balance is automatically cancelled and cannot be recovered.
