The customer wallet at Momacha facilitates future purchases and gives you a convenient and secure shopping experience.
Terms of Use in brief

Excluded products
Cashback does not apply to products within the savings offers section, and any product listed therein is excluded from payment with wallet balance.
Usage mechanism
| Combine your purchases — make sure the total basket value is 100 or more. | |
| Activate the balance — choose to pay with your wallet balance when completing the order, up to a maximum of 50 SAR. | |
| Complete the purchase — the balance will be deducted directly from the order value. |
If the wallet option does not appear on your mobile phone, try the browser on your iPad or laptop.
Important restrictions
Discount codes and offers cannot be combined. If this rule is violated, the order will be canceled and no cashback will be refunded.
Order cancellation does not refund the balance. If you complete a purchase using cashback and then cancel the order, the used balance will not be refunded.
The wallet balance cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another party.
Expiry date
The balance is valid for only one month from the date of purchase, and after the period expires the balance is automatically cancelled and cannot be recovered.
If there is a marketing campaign that relies on cashback, its expiry date is specified within the campaign.
General Provisions
The store management reserves the right to modify or update the wallet policy at any time without prior notice.
